Services

Disclosure in research reports and public appearance – Ownership and Material Conflict of Interest
  1. All financial interest in the subject company and the nature of such financial interest shall be disclosed by us and our associates.
  2. Actual of beneficial ownership of 1% or more shall be disclosed of the subject company at the end of month immediately preceding the date of publication or date of appearance shall be disclosed by us our representatives and associates
  3. Any other material conflict of interest at the time of publication of the research report or at the time of public appearance shall be disclosed by us our representatives and associates

Disclosure with regards to compensation

  1. Any compensation received from the subject company in the past twelve months by us or our representatives or associates will be disclosed by us.
  2. Whether we or our associates have managed or co-managed public offering of securities for the subject company in the past twelve months will be disclosed by us.
  3. Any compensation for investment banking or merchant banking or brokerage services from the subject company in the past twelve month shall be disclosed by us.
  4. Any compensation for products or services other than investment banking or merchant banking or brokerage services from the subject company in the past twelve months; shall be disclosed by us.
  5. Whether we or our associates have received any compensation or other benefits from the Subject Company or third party in connection with the research report.

Disclosure with regards to public appearances

  1. We do not intend to make public appearances.

Other Disclosures

  1. Whether the research analyst has served as an officer, director or employee of the subject company, shall be disclosed by us
  2. Whether the research analyst or research entity has been engaged in market making activity for the subject company, shall be disclosed by us
  3. We shall provide all other disclosures in research report and public appearance as specified by the Board under any other regulations.
